In every human experience, an individual is never in an isolated planet but, is in a relationship. Nobody is completely autonomous or independent from another. In my opinion, every activity grows in company, in a communion. The Greeks and the first Christians call it «koinonia».

Maria e Bendetta began the activity together without having a clear project, the direction has come following their own taste and instinct. Thus, Imarika slowly grew.

Piero, Maria’s husband, for twenty-five years gave a silent and discreet support in administration.

Henry, Benedetta’s husband, gave hope, in believing in his wife’s talent.

Another important figure is Pina, Maria and Benedetta’s sister who received a professional training in the best shops of Milan. She is a very talented personal stylist.

In the years, many girls helped us in everything and their help has been fundamental. Each one gave her personal contribution: I think of the sober elegance of Antonella, the simplicity of Emma, the sweetness of Rosy, the good taste of Veruscka and the zeal and high spirit of Valeria.

How can I forget the great dressmakers?! Humble and simple women with a big heart – Ms. Rita, who worked for us for twenty-five years. Ms. Maria and the great Ms. Rose, who now work for us.

An integral part of the company are some of our affectionate customers and designers who have become close friends of ours.
